1. Overview

By purchasing a subscription to Kim’s Sub Bbys, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to all subscription content and services provided through our platform.

 

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

Monthly Subscription: $39 AUD per month
Annual Subscription: $359 AUD per year (discounted rate equivalent to $29.90 AUD per month)

Both subscriptions provide access to the same content and benefits.

 

3. Inclusions

Your subscription includes:

• Access to the private Instagram page (@Kims_Sub_Bbys)
• A minimum of 3 pieces of educational content per week
• 1 x e-book per week
• Direct Message access for advice and support
• Access is limited to one Instagram account per subscription
• Exclusive discount codes

4. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior.

• Monthly subscriptions renew every month at $39 AUD
• Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months at $359 AUD

By purchasing, you authorise us to automatically charge your selected payment method for the applicable renewal fee.

We do not currently guarantee renewal reminder notifications prior to billing.

 

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time

6. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for managing your subscription
• Charges will occur automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, lack of use, or failure to cancel before renewal

7. Access & Usage
Each subscription is valid for one individual user and one Instagram account only
Sharing login access or distributing content is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected

8. Content Disclaimer

The content provided within Kim’s Sub BbYs is educational in nature.

Results may vary depending on individual application
Business, hair, and personal outcomes are not guaranteed

9. Changes to Content

We reserve the right to:

Update, modify, or remove content at any time
Adjust the structure or frequency of content provided

Your subscription provides access to the platform as a whole, not to any specific piece of content.

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

These Terms & Conditions are breached
Misuse, abuse, or unauthorised sharing is identified

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
